The hosts were extremely welcoming and provided us with helpful information about the city. The apartment was clean and tidy, which made our stay comfortable. Additionally, the location of the apartment was key, as it was within walking distance to many attractions and public transportation options. This made it convenient for us to explore the city easily.
There were a few downsides to our stay. First, the apartment was smaller than we expected, and the pictures in the listing were a bit misleading.

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, which was a big plus for me as I enjoy cooking my own meals. The private entrance gave me a sense of privacy and made me feel like I had my own little space in the city. The parquet floors in the units were a nice touch and added a cozy and warm feel to the apartment. Having a TV in the room was great for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring. I loved that the studio had a tea/coffee maker, perfect for starting my mornings with a hot cup of coffee.
Personally, I found the TV in the room unnecessary as I prefer to spend my time exploring the city rather than watching TV.

Close to House of Terror, St Stephen's Basilica, and Hungarian State Opera. Had a fun time exploring these tourist traps.
Absolutely nothing to complain about. I guess being close to all the attractions was just too convenient.

Our stay at the Balcony Apartment was fantastic! The value for the money was superb, and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and all the must-see sights within walking distance. The staff, especially Anita, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and recommendations for exploring the city.
The breakfast option could use some improvement, perhaps by adding more variety to the choices available.

The location of Balcony in Budapest is brilliant, as it is not far from the station. the apartment itself is spacious, clean, and great value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and loved relaxing on the huge sofa. the owner, Anita, was lovely and provided us with recommendations for places to eat and visit as tourists. Although the balcony is small and overlooks a main road, it is nice for enjoying a drink or a smoke.
No wifi, but better than nothing.

I always come back to this cozy place. The staff helped me with a warm drink on my first stay. It suits me perfectly - off-site car park, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV, lift. Adults only, no pets, no smoking. Coming back for my next trip!
